For warranty evaluation, your product must be returned directly to the GSI Warranty Department. All shipping to our warranty location must be pre-paid and insured. GSI cannot be liable for lost in-bound packages. On ALL Returns GSI requires the customer to pay the cost of return shipping.
Products accepted for repair must be clean and free of fuel. Charges will be assessed if cleaning is necessary.
You must obtain our authorization in order to have your lantern processed for warranty repairs. Unauthorized returns to our facility will be returned to sender.

*In order to qualify for warranty evaluation you must be the original owner of this BriteLyt product. If you have not registered the product with BriteLyt and do not have your original proof of purchase you will need to tell us where you purchased your lantern.
